Job Description

This position assists in the operation of the Electronic Health Records (E H R) system. Coordinates the training with the E H R systems users for understanding of how this system functions. Working with non-clinical and clinical staff  with trainings and maintaining documents for all trainings for all users. This position responds to "help-desk" tickets daily and follows protocols for "help-desk". Works with Quality Manger to ensure that Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home  standards are being met within the E H R system.

Qualifications include: Certification/ Registered Medical Assistant or AAS degree in a related field from an accredited college or University. Two years'  minimum experiences in a healthcare setting and an understanding of patient flow cycles in an outpatient setting preferred.

Must be able to be able to successfully pass a background investigation.

Must be able to obtain a AZ State Fingerprint Clearance Card  within 5 business days of hire.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a health screening.
