Job Description

This candidate would outreach  to the community for health education. They would develop and schedule individuals or groups for different educational health sessions. They would assist and refer patients to others agencies and services as needed. This person would need knowledge of community health resources, Spanish culture and language. Knowledge of speaking in front of groups is a focus of this position. Current CPR certification. 

Minimum of 2 years of previous  outreach & education experience  is required. Required: High School diploma or GED with official transcript presented to HR. Valid Driver's license with car insurance. This candidate needs to be bilingual in English & Spanish. Must have a Fingerprint Clearance Card or obtain one with 5 days of employment.
