Job Description

Under the direction of the Facilities Environmental Services Manager or other appropriate supervisory staff this position prepares and drives the mobile and/or dental vans to scheduled school and community treatment sites. This position is responsible for pre and post mobile van operation preparations for scheduled treatment events. Marginal/Additional Functions of this position when not involved with mobile van operations would be to assist with routine facility maintenance at assigned clinics. Duties would include a variety of semi-skilled and skilled grounds maintenance, gardening and general maintenance tasks to provide for a visually inviting, safe and aesthetic environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Qualifications or Requirements: High School graduate or GED equivalent. 2-3 years’ experience driving over-sized vehicles or 6 wheelers. Must be able to write, read, speak, and understand English and Spanish. Must have a valid non –restricted Arizona Motor Vehicle Operator’s License that is free from violations for the last 3 years. Class I Fingerprint Card. CDL Type B Certification preferred. Current CPR Card.
