Job Description

Manages the design, acquisition, and implementation of an enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and cybersecurity. Maintains technology standards for the organization. Supervises the activities and staff necessary to keep the technology infrastructure running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies. Responsible for all server, network, voice, and user software/hardware. Responsible for advanced hardware/software troubleshooting and for supporting clinical healthcare applications (EPM, EHR, Pharmacy IS, EDR, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s Degree in Technology field is required. Must have specific knowledge in Windows environment, MS Active Directory, Server management, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, Network administration; Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Azure, ITIL Framework, Project Management, Network preferred. The candidate must demonstrate 7+ years of experience working in technology field with 2+ years’ experience in a Management or Supervisory role; Previous experience working in a healthcare environment preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card and be able to successfully pass a background investigation. If not already obtained, Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
