Job Description

To provide IT support and help desk functions to Sunset clinics. To ensure IT equipment functions well and is supported effectively. To serve as a support person for the Electronic Health Records system and to help support the clinics with Electronic Health Records needs. To oversee communications and related equipment. To support the IT inventory process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Associated degree in Computer Technology or equivalent from an accredited college preferred. Two years of IT support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years experience in a health care setting and an understanding of patient flow cycle in an outpatient setting preferred. Ability to speak Spanish helpful. Must obtain a fingerprint clearance card and be able to successfully pass a background investigation. If not already obtained, Fingerprint Clearance card application must be submitted within 5 business days of employment.
