Job Description

To provide IT support and help desk functions to Sunset clinics. To ensure IT equipment functions well and is supported effectively. To serve as a support person for the Electronic Health Records system and to help support the clinics with Electronic Health Records needs. To oversee communications and related equipment. To support the IT inventory process. 

Skills / Requirements

Associates degree in Computer Technology or equivalent from an accredited college preferred. Two years of IT support experience, or equivalent combination of education an experience. Three years experience in health care setting and an understanding of patient flow cycle in an outpatient setting preferred. 

Advanced level of proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office. Advanced knowledge of software and personal computer and system network required. Typing and word processing at 40wmp. Excellent organization skills required. 

Must hold an active Level One Fingerprint Clearance card, or be eligible to obtain one, and be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
